I was given a newly renovated room that was spotless and had a balcony - it was super clean! the shower, hairdryer, and bidet were all very useful. 🌟.

I had an amazing experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafes and ceramic shops and the alley. The stuff was excellant and the host too. The vibe here was quiet! Could use their easy parking.

The staff were excellent lot of the time.

The hotel is located in a central area near Caltagirone's city center and the alley. the staff were excellent and provided all the necessary information. the room was spotless and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the bathroom was amazing.

A renovated room that's super clean and has a balcony for £86, equipped with coffee/tea makers, fridges, and glasses. Its central location makes it even better. And the quiet vibes here are 👌🏼.

Deluxe hotel with a peaceful location near main attractions. Close to the city centre of Caltagirone and the famous stairs. Quiet atmosphere and excellent staff. Wide array of breakfast goodies.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center. The room was clean with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing us with tips on where to go. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the coffee and sweets offered in the common area.

The location of this budget stay was fantastic, situated right in the heart of the centre and within walking distance of popular attractions. the room was clean and well-maintained, with an exceptional view of the city. the bathroom was modern and spacious, and the staff were helpful with information on the local area. the complimentary coffee/tea and snacks were a nice touch, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Sicilian summer.

The breakfast provided was disappointing, with a voucher only covering a small breakfast at a nearby bar. It didn't offer enough value for the price paid, but the nearby cafe's breakfasts were delicious.

The staff was not accommodating when we had a problem with our room. the noise level was bothersome and kept us up at night.

During our New Year stay, we appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea and snacks available in the morning. , the location of the hotel right in the heart of the city offered us easy access to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we could admire the blue dome from there. We also enjoyed the tips given by the staff for restaurants and museums.

We were let down by the breakfast offered. The voucher of 2.5 euros per person for a breakfast at a nearby bar was not enough to satisfy us.
